News Paper Joint is an independent, US-focused news and data publication. We pair reporting from our editors with more than 600 data pages — sports, weather, gas prices, the economy, markets, lottery results, recalls, Congress and airport status — that refresh every day from official public sources.

What we believe

Readers deserve numbers they can check. Every data page names its source and shows exactly when it was last updated. When an official agency does not publish a figure — for example, a state-only weekly gas price — we say so and show the closest official figure, clearly labelled. We never estimate, blend or invent data.
